In any district where adult entertainment establishments are permitted, the applicant must comply with the following conditions:
(a)
No adult entertainment establishment, as defined by this Section, shall be located within five hundred (500) feet of any residential
district or any property containing a school, public playground, church, hospital, public library, day care center, personal
care home, or any parcel of land upon which an establishment is licensed to sell any form of alcoholic beverages. The distance
should be measured from the nearest property lien of the adult entertainment property.
