The schedule of fees for development plan review, copies of these Regulations, appeals, waivers, reinspections, and other
items are on file in the Department of Community Development and may be altered or amended from time-to-time by the City Commission
to help defray the costs of the administration of these Regulations.
Development plan review fees, if any, shall be paid at the time development plans are submitted for review. A development
plan review fee shall be paid each and every time development plans or parts thereof are submitted or resubmitted.
