Article VII. SCHEDULE OF FEES  


The schedule of fees for development plan review, copies of these Regulations, appeals, waivers, reinspections, and other items are on file in the Department of Community Development and may be altered or amended from time-to-time by the City Commission to help defray the costs of the administration of these Regulations.

Development plan review fees, if any, shall be paid at the time development plans are submitted for review. A development plan review fee shall be paid each and every time development plans or parts thereof are submitted or resubmitted.

The initial Schedule of Fees is as follows:

Item Charge
WATER: Structure, development, irrigation fire hydrants, building sprinklers, extensions, installation, meter, etc. Cost
SANITARY SEWER: Taps, extensions, installation for structures, development, etc. Cost
STORM DRAINAGE: All installations, driveways, development, etc. Cost
GAS: Services $150 - ¾"; larger $100 plus cost of meter and regulator; pavement patch $300
PLAN REVIEW: Structures, utilities, site plan, grading, etc. Cost
COPIES: Xerox $0.25 page
Blue Line $5.00 each
Computer Plotted $15.00 each
BOND: Bond Processing and approval for Private Development Cost
BOND: Private Development $5,000 each
WARRANTY: One year.
