§ 14-14. Billing for services.

(a)

Sanitation collection service fees placed on the collection and disposal of domestic wastes shall be sent out to the person with the city's monthly utilities bill and shall become a part of and be incorporated in such bill and upon the failure of the person to pay such utility bill all utilities furnished by the city shall be subject to discontinuance and any other remedies provided by law.

(b)

If the occupant or agent is not billed for monthly utilities, the city shall bill such occupant or agent on a monthly basis.
