§ 17-15. One-hour parking in certain areas.

(a)

Parking on the north side of the 100 east block of Ninth Avenue in the City of Cordele is hereby limited to a maximum time of one (1) hour.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle in the areas described in subsection (a), above, for longer than one (1) hour.

(c)

Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this section in the Cordele Municipal Court shall be subject on the first offense to a fine of ten dollars ($10.00); if the violation is found to be a second offense in said court, the fine shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00); and, if the violation is found to be a third offense, or more, in said court, then the violator shall be punished by the judge of said court within the limits set forth in section 7.03 of the Charter of the City of Cordele (Ga.L., 1969, pp. 3850, 3851).
