§ 17-17. Remaining on business property without permission.

It shall be unlawful for any person to remain upon the premises or parking areas of any business after 7:00 p.m. without the consent of the owner or operator of the business involved. If a common parking area is used by more than one (1) business, the consent of each owner or operator of each such business involved shall be required.
