§ 2-27. Failure to obey order of commission.

(a)

Any person who fails or refuses to obey a lawful order of the city commission in the exercise of powers granted the commission under section 2.24 of the city charter shall, upon conviction in the city criminal court be punished in accordance with section 1-13

(b)

The term "lawful order" as used in this section, includes, but is not limited to, subpoenas, notices for the production of evidence, and notices to appear before the commission at a time and place certain.
