§ 2-46. Established, enumerated.

Under the authority granted to the city commission by sections 2.12(c) and 3.10 of the city charter (Ga.L., 1969, pp. 3824 and 3831), the following departments of the city are herewith established:

Public works department.

(2)

Sanitation department.

(3)

Finance department.

(4)

Utility control and treatment department.

(5)

Community development department.

(6)

Personnel and human resources department.

(7)

Public safety department.

(8)

Police department.

(9)

Fire department.
