§ 3-5. Hours of sale—Prescribed.

It shall be unlawful for any person holding a retail consumption dealer license in the city, or for any unlicensed person, to offer for sale at retail, or to give away in or upon any such licensee's premises, or the premises of an unlicensed person, any alcoholic beverages between the hours of 1:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. of any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, or between the hours of 12:00 midnight Saturday and 7:00 a.m. Monday.
