§ 3-7. Sale of other commodities; drinking on premises prohibited.

  • No licensed retailer may sell or offer for sale or display or keep in stock at his place of business where distilled spirits, wine, and malt beverages are offered for sale any other product or commodity except packaged ice and beverages containing no alcohol which are commonly used to dilute distilled spirits and wine, and the sale of such excepted beverages and ice may be conducted only upon payment of the appropriate occupation tax. Drinking any beverages containing alcoholic upon the retailer's premises is prohibited.
