§ 5-32. Appendix.

An appendix of forms necessary to effectuate the provisions of this article is herewith expressly adopted as a part hereof and are available for review and inspection in the city clerk's office. Such forms shall be substantially followed (as well as instructions therein contained) so that the spirit and intent of this article, and the rights of property owners and others having an interest in proceedings under this article, may be properly and lawfully observed.
