§ 6-88. Return, time of filing; persons required to file; contents.

Latest version.

On or before the tenth day of the month following each monthly period, a return for the preceding monthly period shall be filed with the clerk showing the gross rent, rent from permanent residents, taxable rent, amount of tax collected or otherwise due for the related period, the amount of the three (3) percent retained by the operator as set forth in section 6-87 (which shall be forfeited if the return is not timely made as herein provided), and such other information as may be required by the clerk.
