§ 6-95. Penalty for violations.

(a)

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction in the municipal court, be punished as provided in section 1-13 of this Code.

(b)

Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this article is committed, continued or permitted by such person, and shall be punished accordingly.

(c)

Any operator or any person who fails to furnish any return required herein to be made or fails or refuses to furnish a supplemental return or other data required by the clerk or who renders a false or fraudulent return shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as aforesaid.
