§ 17-54. Residential parking of trucks, trailers, vans, etc.—Prohibited.

It shall be unlawful in a residential zone (R-12, R-7.5S, R-7-5, R-4) to park the following types of vehicles on the public rights-of-way of the city or upon privately-owned property within three hundred (300) feet from the nearest portion of a structure used as a permanent residence.
(1)

Any vehicle normally requiring or having more than four (4) wheels.

(2)

Any vehicle specifically designed, or modified, to tow trailers, mobile homes, vans or similar vehicles.

(3)

All trailers, mobile homes, vans or similar vehicles.
