§ 17-55. Same—Exception.

There shall be excepted from the provisions of section 17-54 any vehicle which is:
(1)

Loading or unloading goods or merchandise for residential purposes incident to the specific residence where such loading or unloading occurs.

(2)

Making minor emergency repairs.
