§ 18-429. Enforcement; penalty.

(a)

This section shall be enforced by the Chief Codes Office of the City of Cordele. Citations for violations may be issued by the Chief Codes Office of the City of Cordele.

(b)

Any person, corporation, partnership or other entity violating this section shall be tried before the Municipal Court of the City of Cordele. Upon conviction, a violation of this section may be punished within the limits provided by the Charter of the City of Cordele, Georgia.
