§ 2-241. Trading of firearms and other dangerous weapons permitted.

The city and the police department may trade firearms and other dangerous weapons to any legally authorized weapons dealer in return for credit to the city, or for allowance as trade-in on the purchase of firearms and other dangerous weapons for use by the police department.
