§ 2-49. Authority, responsibility of heads, manager.

Each person mentioned in section 2-48 is responsible to the city manager (charter, section 3.20, Ga.L., 1969, p. 3832) who, in turn, has the authority and responsibility set forth in section 3.22 of the charter (Ga.L., 1969, pp. 3832, 3833).
